Regional Facilities Manager (Data Centers)

Location: Frisco, Texas, USA; hybrid schedule with work from a designated office at least three days per week and travel of up to 25% across regional client sites

Salary: $106,250–$125,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead operations across a portfolio of mission-critical facilities and data centers.
• Manage, coach, and develop Facilities Managers, Assistant Facilities Managers, and Facility Coordinators.
• Oversee work orders, preventive maintenance, asset management, change management, compliance, and service delivery.
• Identify operational risks, develop remediation plans, and support reliability and business continuity.
• Manage client relationships, vendor performance, contracts, KPIs, SLAs, budgets, forecasting, and capital planning.
• Use CMMS platforms, dashboards, and reporting tools to monitor performance and lead continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; additional relevant experience may substitute for the degree.
• At least 12 years of facilities management experience, including at least 7 years in commercial, campus, portfolio, mission-critical, or data center environments.
• At least 3 years in a senior facilities leadership role managing multiple locations and/or teams.
• Ability to work from the designated office at least three days per week and travel up to 25%.
• Ability to conduct site visits in active mission-critical and data center environments.
• Experience with client relationships, vendor management, contract compliance, KPI/SLA performance, budgets, and risk mitigation.

Nice to have

• CFM, FMA, RPA, LEED O+M, or equivalent industry certification.
