Advisor, Application - Automation Technologies (UiPath)

Location: Remote within Ohio, with occasional onsite requirements at the BLOM Administrative Campus in Columbus, Ohio

What you will do

• Lead people and processes supporting the intelligent automation program and UiPath platform.
• Develop and maintain strategic automation roadmaps aligned with clinical, business, and IT priorities.
• Oversee UiPath platform operations, automation lifecycle management, enhancements, and functionality implementation.
• Manage relationships with internal business units, service lines, suppliers, and third-party vendors.
• Drive automation initiatives involving robotic process automation, intelligent document processing, and process mining.
• Manage assigned personnel, budgets, performance reporting, and operational activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information systems, computer science, engineering, mathematics, healthcare, nursing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership and IT applications experience supporting enterprise automation and robotic process automation.
• Knowledge of Agile software delivery, SDLC phases, DevOps concepts, information security, risk management, and operational cybersecurity impacts.
• Strong verbal and written communication, collaboration, stakeholder coordination, and strategic planning skills.
• Ability to lead people, processes, and technology changes in a complex, matrixed environment.
• Work eligibility is limited to Ohio for this remote position, with occasional onsite attendance required.

Nice to have

• Experience with UiPath and Power Automate.
• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Design thinking, curiosity, creativity, and a record of effective leadership.
