RPA Engineer (UiPath)

Location: Audubon, Pennsylvania, United States; 10–15% domestic travel to client sites is required.

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions that automate business processes and reduce manual effort.
• Integrate UiPath automations with business applications, existing systems, and Oracle databases.
• Configure and manage UiPath Orchestrator for robot deployment, scheduling, monitoring, and performance optimization.
• Troubleshoot deployed bots and workflows while ensuring reliability, security, compliance, and exception handling.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, assess feasibility, and recommend design improvements.
• Document process workflows, solution designs, technical specifications, test materials, and user guides.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology and Management, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a related occupation.
• Experience developing cost-effective UiPath RPA software and scalable automation workflows using UiPath Studio, reusable components, selectors, and exception-handling logic.
• Experience with OCR, VBA, databases, UiPath Computer Vision, UiPath Task Capture, Automation Hub, and Azure DevOps.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical automation architecture and supporting the full automation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, UAT, deployment, and production rollout.
• Ability to travel domestically to client sites 10–15% of the time.
