Senior Manager Compute Solutions Architecture (AI/HPC)

Location: Remote-first, with candidates required to be based in or willing to relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area; approximately 30% travel is expected.

hirify.global is combining Latitude’s compute offering with its connectivity business to serve AI-native, platform, enterprise, and partner customers.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, hire, and develop the Latitude Compute Solutions Architecture team.
• Set account coverage, qualification standards, capacity planning, and technical win/loss review processes.
• Personally lead discovery, architecture design, sizing, performance mapping, technical demonstrations, workshops, and proofs of concept for strategic opportunities.
• Design tailored bare metal, GPU-accelerated compute, storage, virtualization, and containerization solutions.
• Build joint Latitude and hirify.global reference architectures and enable global sales, partner, reseller, and wholesale channels.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Procurement, and Operations on roadmap feedback, infrastructure availability, deployment timelines, and customer expectations.

Requirements

• 8+ years in a technical customer-facing role, including at least 3 years leading or formally mentoring a technical pre-sales team.
• Demonstrated player-coach experience carrying strategic accounts while leading a technical team.
• Hands-on expertise in bare metal compute, GPU or accelerated compute, server architecture, virtualization, containerization, and workload performance planning.
• Experience with AI and HPC infrastructure, including cluster design, high-performance networking and interconnects, storage profiles for training and inference, and dedicated versus hyperscaler compute economics.
• Familiarity with BGP, private connectivity, hybrid and multicloud architectures, compute buying cycles, solution selling, and performance sizing.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area and willing to travel approximately 30%.

Nice to have

• Experience with bare metal, GPU cloud, neocloud, or other specialty cloud providers.
• Experience with cloud marketplaces, reseller, or wholesale channels.
• Experience in supply-constrained infrastructure businesses and allocation or long-term commitment structures.
• Working Portuguese or Spanish.
