Senior Project Manager (Market Research)

Location: Remote for candidates located in the Philippines, working US EST hours

What you will do

• Manage international quantitative and qualitative market research projects through the full project life cycle.
• Coordinate clients, partners, healthcare professionals, consumers, vendors, sales, and operations teams.
• Set up and test survey links and redirects, prepare samples, conduct quality checks, and manage respondent inquiries and honoraria.
• Lead project kickoff meetings and communicate specifications, timelines, responsibilities, and project updates.
• Monitor data collection productivity, quality, project costs, budgets, and profitability.
• Resolve operational issues and support international teams outside normal US business hours.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in market research project management, preferably in the medical or healthcare field.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and time-management skills.
• Basic math skills for calculating incidence rates, response rates, honoraria, profit, and related metrics.
• Very strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Outlook, and Word, plus the ability to learn new software quickly.
• Must be located in the Philippines and willing to work US EST hours; resume must be submitted in English.
