Jackson HSE Manager

What you will do

• Lead environmental, health, and safety programs across the manufacturing facility.
• Provide technical HSE guidance and mentor the leadership team.
• Drive compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations, policies, and training programs.
• Assess and reduce risks through hazard analyses, risk assessments, machine guarding initiatives, and proactive safety improvements.
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, and OEMs on safe equipment, processes, and continuous HSE improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational safety, engineering, manufacturing, environmental studies, or a related technical discipline.
• 3–5 years of HSE experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, NFPA, NIOSH, ANSI, NEC, TCEQ, and EPA regulations.
• Ability to lead safety initiatives, provide technical guidance, conduct risk assessments, and investigate incidents.
