Field Service Technician II (iGaming)

Location: Wisconsin, US; covers the Beloit, Milwaukee, and Madison area and requires travel to customer locations

What you will do

• Complete scheduled and unscheduled service calls, installations, conversions, removals, changes of ownership, and preventative maintenance at customer locations.
• Troubleshoot gaming equipment to the component level using diagnostic tests, functional testing, and internal tools.
• Perform assembly-level repairs, replace authorized faulty components, install updates, and configure game options and parameters.
• Visit clients, provide high-quality technical service, and ensure customer satisfaction with gaming equipment.
• Maintain tools and equipment, complete service paperwork, and review customer issues with management and technical support.
• Train less experienced technicians in troubleshooting techniques.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of related experience.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical problems with limited direct supervision.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, use hands, operate a computer, and work with close and distance vision.
• Ability to frequently lift or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds.
• Field work requires the use of approved personal protective equipment.
