Digital Business Senior Business Analyst (Salesforce)

Location: Onsite at hirify.global headquarters in Waukesha, Wisconsin, USA; occasional travel may be required.

What you will do

• Document current-state processes and develop future-state business process maps for Salesforce implementations.
• Lead discovery sessions, gather requirements, prepare decision documents, and define functional specifications for projects and enhancements.
• Develop functional test scripts, conduct user acceptance testing, support implementation, and provide hypercare.
• Manage enhancement tickets and coordinate priorities with business partners, Super Users, and the Salesforce Center of Excellence.
• Lead enhancement rollouts, training coordination, security and role-mapping changes, and ongoing performance monitoring.
• Act as a business liaison with IT and global workstreams to shape solutions, timelines, and system functionality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, MIS, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least four years of Salesforce experience as a business process analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, work independently, and collaborate across global geographies and functional areas.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Business Analyst Certification and additional Salesforce certifications.
• Experience supporting full-cycle Salesforce CRM implementations.
• Three years of experience managing medium- to large-scale projects and programs.
