Focus on building functioning resource creation and challenging agents, improving response accuracy above 95%, and delivering maintainable AI tools for Sales, Marketing, Product, and leadership stakeholders.
Location: Remote, Georgia, USA
Salary: $20–$25 USD per hour

What you will do
- Design, develop, test, fine-tune, and manage AI chatbots, agents, and applications for Competitive Intelligence.
- Build tools that automate market and competitive research, data analysis, news distribution, and helpdesk responses.
- Create and maintain AI-powered Sales resources, technical comparison tables, and competitive insight workflows.
- Design and ship functioning resource creation and resource challenging agents used by more than 3,500 Sales Representatives.
- Improve the Sales support AI agent to more than 95% response accuracy and help implement Competitive Intelligence helpdesk v2.
- Collaborate with analysts, Sales Representatives, Product Managers, Product Marketers, and other Competitive Intelligence stakeholders.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Anthropic Claude chatbots, Cowork projects, Code projects, and Design projects.
- Working knowledge of agentic and tool-use patterns, including function calling, RAG, and basic orchestration.
- Experience evaluating LLM output quality through test sets, response scoring, and prompt iteration.
- Python proficiency with API integration, data parsing, and basic pipeline construction; SQL exposure and basic version control knowledge.
- Rising Junior or Senior pursuing a Bachelor's degree, or a graduate student, in AI Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Ability to work independently, handle ambiguous requirements, interview subject-matter experts, and operate within the Competitive Intelligence ethics policy.
