AI Intern, Enterprise Agent Development

Location: Piscataway, New Jersey, United States; onsite preferred, with US remote available for the right candidate

Salary: $30–$40 per hour, based on experience level

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, and continuously optimize enterprise AI agents.
• Build task planning, tool-calling, and workflow-orchestration capabilities using large language models.
• Integrate AI agents with ERP, CRM, OA, supply chain, and order management systems.
• Develop and optimize enterprise system interfaces and agent tools.
• Collaborate with product and business teams to deploy AI agent solutions in enterprise scenarios.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or above in computer science, artificial intelligence, software engineering, or a related field.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals with proficiency in Java and Python.
• Experience developing large language model applications, including prompt engineering and function calling.
• Hands-on experience with agent development frameworks, particularly LangGraph and Agent Scope.
• Familiarity with APIs, databases, microservices, and enterprise system integration methods.
• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English is required.
