What you will do

• Design single-agent and multi-agent systems and workflows.
• Build tool-use and function-calling workflows that interact with software, data, and other AI models.
• Design feedback loops and evaluation frameworks to assess and improve agent outputs.
• Develop agent planning, memory, delegation, coordination, and multi-step task execution.
• Build autonomous workflows with human review where appropriate.
• Improve reliability, observability, and failure recovery in long-running and self-improving AI systems.

Requirements

• Understanding of modern AI systems and agent design.
• Ability to design agent architectures and workflows involving multiple components.
• Experience or demonstrated ability to work with multi-agent systems, tool selection, planning, and task decomposition.
• Ability to evaluate agent failures and design feedback and evaluation loops.
• Ability to build and test ideas independently and apply relevant AI research.
• Strong AI projects or research experience; graduate students in relevant technical fields are especially encouraged, while undergraduates and self-taught candidates with strong projects may also apply.

Nice to have

• M.A.Sc., M.Sc., or Ph.D. studies in a relevant technical field.
• A strong portfolio, GitHub profile, or research project record.
