Professional Services Consultant (NetApp Storage)

Location: Ft Bragg, NC, United States; hybrid working environment with some in-office and/or in-person expectations.

Salary: $140,000–$180,000 USD OTE, including potential commission.

What you will do

• Deploy, configure, secure, maintain, and support highly available enterprise storage systems.
• Manage NAS and SAN environments with associated Fibre Channel switches.
• Develop and execute implementation and data migration plans through customer change-management processes.
• Monitor storage operations, prepare utilization reports, and troubleshoot performance issues across FC and NAS systems.
• Restore data services and data between environments to support application and service owners.
• Develop storage standards, policies, SOP documentation, and repeatable operational processes while following ITIL change management.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• At least 8 years of related experience; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• DoD 8140 IAT Level II certification, such as CompTIA Security+ CE or equivalent.
• Expertise with hirify.global data storage systems in NAS and SAN environments.
• At least one hirify.global certification: hirify.global Certified Technology Solutions Professional, hirify.global Certified Data Administrator, or hirify.global Certified Storage Installation Engineer.
• Availability for the Ft Bragg, NC location and hybrid/in-person expectations.

Nice to have

• Experience with VMware, AWS, CVO, and StorageGRID.
