Lead Tech Business Mgmt-1 (AI)

Location: Dallas, Texas; full-time onsite role performed from the designated work location five days per week. No relocation is offered.

Salary: $118,800.00–$178,200.00 USD annual

What you will do

• Build change operating models that move AI capabilities from pilots into governed, repeatable business workflows.
• Translate technical roadmaps, system capabilities, controls, and dependencies into operational impacts, readiness actions, and leadership decisions.
• Lead integrated change strategies across Product, Technology, AI, Program, and Operations teams from intake through launch, stabilization, and sustained operations.
• Plan stakeholder alignment, training, communications, launch readiness, hypercare, and 30/60/90-day reviews.
• Design human-and-AI operating practices covering accountability, decision authority, exception handling, feedback loops, controls, and continuous improvement.
• Measure readiness, adoption, proficiency, behavior change, operational performance, customer impact, and value realization.

Requirements

• Experience leading change management, organizational readiness, technical implementation, communications, program management, or business transformation initiatives.
• Ability to translate complex technology, product, or process changes into business actions and executive communications.
• Strong executive storytelling, stakeholder influence, facilitation, planning, cross-functional leadership, and project management skills.
• Knowledge of operating-model design, adoption measurement, launch readiness, governance, and value realization.
• Ability to work across technical and business teams with a strong customer and employee focus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Business is desired; 5+ years of related experience required. Certification is required in some areas.
