Senior Manager, IT Facilities and Data Center Operation (Data Center)

Location: On-site in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, United States; five days per week in the office. Domestic and international travel may be required, with occasional after-hours support and participation in an on-call rotation.

Salary: $150,000–$160,000 annually, plus potential eligibility for an annual bonus.

What you will do

• Lead the global Data Center Operations function, defining strategy, standards, priorities, and operating models.
• Manage data center teams, contractors, vendors, service providers, budgets, resource planning, and performance.
• Develop facilities and data center strategies covering capacity, modernization, resiliency, sustainability, and technology roadmaps.
• Oversee infrastructure installation, upgrades, relocations, decommissioning, power, cooling, generators, UPS systems, monitoring, and physical security.
• Partner with Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Cloud, Network, Enterprise Architecture, and Business Technology leaders.
• Lead major incident response, disaster recovery, compliance, governance, service improvement, and business continuity initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in data center operations, infrastructure management, or facilities.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing technical teams, vendors, and service providers in complex enterprise environments.
• Experience leading global or multi-site infrastructure operations and managing operational and capital budgets.
• Strong knowledge of data center operations, facilities infrastructure, governance, business continuity, disaster recovery, and IT service management.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• CDCP, CDCS, DCCA, ITIL, or PMP certification.
• Experience managing hybrid infrastructure environments spanning on-premises and cloud platforms.
