Scheduler I (Transmission and Distribution)

Location: Thornton, Colorado; Rolling Meadows, Illinois; or Alvarado, Texas. Essential functions are performed in a company-designated office, field location, or an appropriate remote location under company policy. Travel of up to 25% may be required.

Salary: $56,548–$95,000 per year, paid weekly.

What you will do

• Develop, maintain, update, and submit contract schedules for multiple construction projects.
• Create activity relationships, variance reports, progress updates, and project-related reports.
• Develop Critical Path Method schedules and maintain construction schedules in Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
• Attend weekly project meetings, gather status updates, and provide ongoing scheduling support.
• Produce quantifiable data to support delay and disruption mitigation, claims, revenue forecasts, and client submittals.
• Collaborate with supervision, project management, leadership, and project teams on planning and schedule execution.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience with Primavera P6 scheduling software.
• At least 2 years of construction scheduling experience.
• Advanced proficiency in creating, maintaining, updating, and reporting schedules in Primavera P6.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Project and Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, written, verbal, technical, and communication skills.
• Applicants must already be authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience with transmission, distribution, substation, or renewable construction projects.
• Experience supporting RFI preparation, RFP schedules, tracking, monitoring, and as-built documentation.
