Employment Litigation Associate (Labor & Employment)

What you will do

• Represent local and national employers in labor and employment law matters.
• Perform legal research and draft legal memoranda, motions, pleadings, position statements, and dispositive motions.
• Handle discovery-related activities and investigations.
• Attend court conferences and communicate extensively with clients, governmental agencies, and opposing counsel.
• Counsel business clients on employment-law-related matters.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree.
• Must be licensed to practice law and remain in good standing in North Carolina.
• 5+ years of employment litigation experience.
• Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills.
• Passion for employment law and the ability to build confidence with sophisticated business clients.
