Attorney (Personal Injury)

Location: Full-time on-site at the Miami Lakes office, 7900 NW 154th Street, Miami Lakes, FL 33016. Employees must work from the office five days per week; remote, hybrid, and flexible arrangements are not available.

Salary: USD 120,000–180,000 per year, plus a non-recoverable draw and standard commission/bonus structure.

What you will do

• Manage pre-litigation and litigation personal injury matters from intake through resolution.
• Develop case strategy, prepare documentation, and ensure compliance throughout the case lifecycle.
• Prepare demands and settlement packages and negotiate settlements with insurance carriers.
• Complete Flip-to-Lit and TD approvals, manage release approvals, and advance cases through appropriate stages.
• Conduct recorded statements, prepare clients for Examinations Under Oath and 50-h hearings, and attend hearings.
• Supervise 6–10 Case Managers, monitor KPI compliance, and maintain quality-control standards.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in good standing with the Florida Bar.
• 3+ years of personal injury or motor vehicle accident experience preferred.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload.
• Strong client service, communication, organizational, writing, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to reliably commute to and work on-site at the Miami Lakes office five days per week. Employment requires verification of identity and authorization to work in the United States.
