Engineering Manager (Magnetics Components Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite in Lewiston, Idaho, United States

Salary: $145,400–$214,900 annually

What you will do

• Lead the Engineering Support team within the Magnetics Components Manufacturing division.
• Provide onsite production support and drive process improvements, equipment support, and machine modifications.
• Lead the external contract manufacturing cell.
• Set direction across engineering disciplines, technologies, and processes while managing quality, production, cost, and performance objectives.
• Contribute to long-term production and technology strategies and present in external and internal forums.
• Hire, supervise, develop, and mentor engineering employees while leading projects and applying manufacturing principles.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 8+ years of related engineering or management experience.
• Strong technical knowledge in one or more engineering disciplines or technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to design, produce, or support successful products and processes.
• Ability to manage product-line and process problems requiring creativity, ingenuity, and limited guidance.
• Ability to work onsite in Lewiston, Idaho.
