Human Resources Generalist

Salary: $80,000–$95,000 per year, depending on experience, qualifications, and geographic location.

What you will do

• Provide HR administration and operational support across daily departmental activities.
• Partner with Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and Payroll colleagues.
• Navigate HRIS systems and prepare HR reports.
• Support employment-law compliance and confidential HR processes.
• Manage a high volume of time-sensitive work in a fast-paced, growing organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• At least three years of human resources experience.
• Knowledge of state and federal employment laws.
• Experience working successfully in an HR department.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, organizational, and confidentiality skills.
• Above-average proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• Experience with HRIS navigation and reporting.
• Experience with Smartsheet or similar workplace technologies.
