Line Patroller, Level 1-4 (Mountain View, OK)

What you will do

• Patrol gas pipelines, compressor stations, process plants, and related facilities, including population density, leak detection, and safety inspections.
• Locate and mark pipeline facilities before and during excavation and encroachment activities under One-Call and damage prevention procedures.
• Inspect excavation, construction, repair, and pipeline protection projects, including contractor oversight and documentation.
• Coordinate local damage prevention activities, audit One-Call tickets, and represent the company with landowners, public officials, emergency officials, and local organizations.
• Perform mapping, record keeping, data entry, compliance activities, and reporting under PHMSA, state agency, EPA, USFS, and company requirements.
• Train and oversee company and third-party personnel, respond to callouts and emergencies, and participate in safety and operational excellence programs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience reading and interpreting blueprints, P&IDs, and other diagrams.
• Knowledge of company procedures, regulatory and tariff requirements, basic mathematics, computer systems, and Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license and a driving record acceptable to the company and its insurers; a commercial driver’s license may be required.
• Availability for callouts, emergencies after regular business hours, shift work, overtime, travel, and regular predictable attendance.
• Ability to work outdoors in extreme weather, enter confined spaces, climb and work at elevation, work in low-light areas, and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
