Lead Product Manager, AI & Intelligence Platform

Location: Fully remote; candidates must be located in the United States or Canada

Salary: $220,000–$240,000 USD or $200,000–$220,000 CAD, commensurate with experience

What you will do

• Own the AI capability roadmap as a reusable platform of models and signals.
• Ship existing AI models into production in short development cycles.
• Define how AI is consumed, including model readiness and field performance.
• Balance human review economics, quality, cost, and commercial value.
• Guide research priorities and assess emerging AI techniques and sensing modalities.
• Partner with researchers, machine learning engineers, and customer-facing product teams.

Requirements

• Fluency in modern AI and machine learning, including computer vision, multimodal models, vision-language models, and evaluation.
• Experience deploying models under real-world constraints such as on-device compute, latency, and accuracy.
• Understanding of foundation models, vision-language models, agentic systems, and efficient on-device models.
• Ability to design evaluations, run shadow deployments, and balance research with commercial commitments.
• Credibility with researchers and ML engineers; engineers who moved into product are welcome.
• Must be located in the United States or Canada.
