Business Experience & Planning Specialist - IT Financial Analyst

Location: In-office in Pittsburgh, PA; Birmingham, AL; Phoenix, AZ; Lakewood, CO; or Farmers Branch, TX

Base salary: $52,500–$96,250 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Support planning and execution for Enterprise Fraud initiatives, contracts, and workforce strategy.
• Manage operational budgets through tracking, forecasting, reconciliation, and year-over-year planning.
• Ensure projects are funded, monitored, and aligned with approved financial plans, roadmaps, and governance requirements.
• Coordinate headcount alignment, labor capitalization, and cost allocation with Finance, Human Resources, Technology, and fraud organization leaders.
• Prepare approval packages, business cases, financial presentations, executive materials, and supporting documentation.
• Maintain Jira tickets, document decisions and approvals, track workforce variances, and improve reporting and governance processes.

Requirements

• University or college degree, or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience; typically 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, reconciliation, variance analysis, and operational or project-based financials.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and a strong understanding of Power BI concepts and dashboards.
• Experience working cross-functionally in a regulated or large enterprise environment.
• Proficiency with SharePoint and modern productivity tools, including Microsoft Copilot.

• Experience creating executive-level presentations and communicating financial information to non-financial audiences.
