Project Manager II (AI)

Location: In-office role based in Pittsburgh, PA; Cleveland, OH; Phoenix, AZ; Dallas, TX; or Birmingham, AL

Base salary: $63,750–$127,500 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead medium to large-scale projects and strategic initiatives from initiation through implementation and post-project assessment.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects, including scope, schedules, milestones, budgets, resources, and project objectives.
• Develop project plans, governance structures, stakeholder communication strategies, and executive-level status reporting.
• Partner with business leaders, technology teams, risk and compliance organizations, operational stakeholders, internal liaisons, and external vendors.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, dependencies, roadblocks, potential crises, and project scope changes.
• Support AI implementation, process transformation, governance, or operationalization initiatives while ensuring adherence to regulatory and organizational standards.

Requirements

• Project management experience leading complex business or technology initiatives and large cross-functional projects.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
• Strong risk management, stakeholder management, budget management, analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in a regulated industry; financial services or banking experience is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree and typically 2+ years of relevant professional experience, or an equivalent combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• Employment visas will not be sponsored, and STEM OPT participation is not available.

Nice to have

• Exposure to AI implementation, process transformation, governance, or operationalization efforts.
• PMP, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent project management certification.
• Financial services or banking industry experience.
