BIM Manager (Revit)

Location: Hybrid role based in Chicago, Illinois, with 1–3 days per week in the local office. US work authorization is required.

Salary: $80,000–$90,000 per year, plus eligibility for bonuses.

What you will do

• Lead BIM projects across retail, restaurant, multi-site, and capital programs from scope definition through delivery.
• Own Revit models, content, templates, standards, and related data governance.
• Manage project scope, budgets, work plans, schedules, and delivery milestones.
• Turn ambiguous client challenges into documented recommendations and implemented solutions.
• Train internal teams and clients in Revit and provide trusted consulting guidance.
• Identify, implement, and measure automations and process improvements, including AI-enabled tools.

Requirements

• 5+ years of expert Revit experience, including 3+ years as a BIM Manager or BIM Lead.
• Expertise in modeling, drawing production, parametric families, templates, content management, and data governance.
• Experience managing project scope, budgets, work plans, schedules, and tracking.
• Experience training teams and clients in Revit.
• Strong communication, independent decision-making, consulting skills, and comfort with ambiguity.
• Ability to work from the Chicago office 1–3 days per week and authorization to work in the United States.

• Reality capture or scan-to-BIM experience.
