TL;DR
Digital Delivery Manager (BIM/Digital Delivery): Managing digital delivery services, workflows, tools, and standards across complex multidisciplinary building projects with an accent on delivery quality, process adoption, and team performance. Focus on coordinating digital delivery execution, resolving complex project challenges, developing staff, and improving workflows using Autodesk Forma, Dynamo, Python, Revit, and Navisworks.
Location: Lenexa, Kansas, USA. Occasional travel of 10–15% may be required. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

What you will do
- Manage digital delivery performance across assigned projects, sectors, or portfolios.
- Analyze project complexity and create digital delivery execution plans covering workflows, resources, and tools.
- Enforce Digital Delivery standards and partner with specialists to deploy tools, automations, and advanced workflows.
- Track quality, efficiency, utilization, risk, capacity, and performance metrics, reporting findings to DDS leadership.
- Manage, coach, and develop Digital Delivery staff while balancing workloads and forecasting resource needs.
- Resolve complex delivery challenges and contribute to continuous improvement and maturity initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction, technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 10 or more years of experience in BIM, Digital Delivery, Design Technology, or related delivery roles.
- Strong understanding of project delivery environments and multidisciplinary coordination.
- Experience managing complex project delivery, coordinating multiple teams, and applying digital delivery workflows.
- Active proficiency with Autodesk Forma, Dynamo, Python, Revit, Navisworks, and related coordination practices.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English; legal authorization to work in the United States is required.
