Data Management Analyst 4 - Contingent

Location: Charlotte, North Carolina; hybrid schedule with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote

Salary: $60.00–$65.00 per hour on W2

What you will do

• Lead complex data management initiatives, including data profiling, quality assessments, remediation, and lifecycle management.
• Develop and maintain data standards, dictionaries, metadata, and governance documentation.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications, data models, controls, and validation processes.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Partner with technology and business teams on data integration, transformation, testing, and implementation.
• Monitor data quality metrics, recommend corrective actions, and provide subject matter expertise to junior analysts and project teams.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in data management, data governance, data quality, or related analytics roles.
• Strong understanding of data lifecycle management, metadata management, master data concepts, privacy, security, and retention requirements.
• Proficiency with SQL or similar data analysis and querying tools, including experience with large and complex datasets.
• Ability to interpret business requirements and communicate complex data findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, data management, computer science, business, or a related field.
• Ability to work in a hybrid schedule in Charlotte, North Carolina, including onsite work.
