Senior Digital Data Steward Specialist

Location: Must be based in Chicago, IL; Peoria, IL; Broomfield, CO; or Irving, TX. Up to 10% travel is required.

Salary: $108,318–$169,060 per year

What you will do

• Build and maintain statistical data quality scorecards for Prime product attributes.
• Use SQL and Python to profile data, identify anomalies, and quantify business impact.
• Design dashboards and visualizations for engineering and business stakeholders.
• Apply automated rules and statistical models to triage data quality exceptions.
• Partner with Data Quality Engineering on reusable profiling and reconciliation logic.
• Define content standards, business rules, and quantitative validation methods for enrichment and migration.

Requirements

• Experience in data quality engineering, data analytics, data science, or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data profiling, statistical analysis, and automation.
• Experience building dashboards or scorecards with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of data governance, content standards, database design, modeling, cloud computing, and agile development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Visa sponsorship is not available, and relocation assistance is not available.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with PIM/MDM platforms such as Akeneo and product data.
• Experience applying statistical or machine learning techniques to data quality or anomaly detection.
• Proficiency with AI-assisted analytics tools such as Claude or ChatGPT.
