What you will do

• Coordinate the implementation of Treasury Management and Commercial Card products with sales teams, clients, operations, technology, and bank vendor partners.
• Enter and validate data across complex or integrated applications.
• Verify documentation, authorizations, approvals, file specifications, and testing requirements.
• Track implementation progress, resolve issues, manage exceptions, and drive implementations through completion.
• Coordinate the transition of completed implementations to Client Services and support special projects.
• Provide process expertise and mentor or coach new specialists.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Three years of experience in banking, customer service, operations, administration, or a related field.
• Ability to resolve problems independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
