Internal Only - Inventory Coordinator - 2nd Shift

Location: On-site in Romeoville, Illinois; Grand Rapids, Michigan; or Ames, Iowa, United States. Second shift: 3:00 PM–11:30 PM. Overtime and weekend work may be required.

Salary: $26.25 per hour, plus eligibility for bonus pay.

What you will do

• Manage cycle counts, cycle count audits, physical inventory counts, and monthly reporting.
• Investigate and resolve inventory balance discrepancies across trucks, warehouses, distribution operations, and sales orders.
• Process inventory transactions related to product status, identification, location, non-conforming materials, and product holds.
• Coordinate the consolidation, verification, and identification of held inventory and remove expired lots.
• Support shipping teams with problem orders and restocking, and assist Inventory Specialists and other departments.
• Train others on inventory processes and support inventory inquiries at the distribution center.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least six months of experience with inventory systems.
• Proficiency with ERP systems such as Oracle and strong computer skills.
• Attention to detail, basic math, counting ability, independent work skills, and sound decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability and willingness to drive an order picker and work comfortably at heights, including on an aerial lift.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements, including standing, walking, climbing, and lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally.
