Equipment Inventory Clerk (Inventory Management)

Location: Morris, Illinois, United States; onsite yard work required

Salary: $17.65–$22.06 per hour

What you will do

• Maintain accurate records for equipment and other assets across the yard, including receiving, releases, sales reconciliation, and storage organization.
• Identify and label equipment using make, model, serial numbers, and seller reference numbers.
• Support customers delivering or collecting equipment and direct visitors to the appropriate team members.
• Process TDG, BOL, ESQ, delivery ticket, and customs documentation in internal systems.
• Communicate with customers, suppliers, team members, and management by email, Teams, and phone.
• Promote yard safety, safely move and store equipment, and support SLA and KPI reporting.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in inventory control, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience with inventory management systems such as SAP or Oracle and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, record-keeping, data-entry, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members, suppliers, customers, and management and perform basic inventory calculations.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors year-round and climb on and off large equipment trucks.
