Location: Hybrid role located in the VLCs in Brampton, Ontario, Canada

What you will do
- Coordinate commercial vehicle inventory, sales scheduling, reporting, and daily operational workflows.
- Ensure account specifications, client SLAs, compliance requirements, and quality standards are consistently met.
- Monitor real-time service levels, audit quality, spot-check team output, and provide regular performance feedback.
- Resolve customer inquiries, operational issues, regional bottlenecks, and repossession redemption cases.
- Prepare contracts and titles, post charges, process payments and EFT or wire transfers, and balance sales transactions.
- Represent vehicles on the auction block and provide cross-functional support to Commercial Account Representatives and sales teams.
Requirements
- High school education or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of related operational experience, including customer service or administrative work.
- Experience with wholesale vehicle remarketing, commercial operations, inventory workflows, and operations compliance.
- Experience with team leadership, quality checks, feedback meetings, workflow optimization, and performance metrics.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, computerized reporting systems, inventory tracking software, and payment or EFT processing tools.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
Nice to have
- Bilingualism in English and French.
- Previous team lead, supervisory support, or mentoring experience in operations.
- Familiarity with automotive auction administration, titling, wire transfers, or repossession processes.
