What you will do

• Lead a high-performance team supporting the UK sports sector and commercial growth targets.
• Develop and execute the UK Sport sales strategy across syndicated, custom, and media offerings.
• Build relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and contacts across the UK sport sector.
• Oversee client servicing for syndicated subscriptions and custom projects through final delivery.
• Manage contracts, renewals, licensing, data security, integrations, workload, and resourcing.
• Support marketing, thought leadership, product, data, and client-deliverable improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Leadership and management experience with a proven record of leading high-performance teams of 20 or more people.
• Professional relationships and deep contacts in the UK sport sector.
• Experience across both commercial and research or delivery functions in a relevant B2B organization.
• Sales acumen, process and workflow optimization skills, and strong data hygiene practices.
• Excellent communication, coordination, organization, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and build effective relationships across internal and external groups.
