Technical Instructor/Courseware Developer (AI/HPC)

Location: Hybrid position in Maynard, Massachusetts, United States; travel to customer sites of up to 50% may be required. U.S. citizenship is required.

Base pay: $80,700–$100,900 per year in the United States; bonus-eligible.

What you will do

• Develop and implement product, customer, and department-specific training documentation for classroom and virtual delivery.
• Deliver instructor-led training, webinars, workshops, and remote live sessions for customers.
• Demonstrate expertise in hirify.global products and explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Assess training and documentation needs with managers, engineers, vendors, partners, customers, and subject matter experts.
• Create surveys, certification tests, and performance metrics to evaluate and improve training programs.
• Review and renew existing programs while ensuring technical accuracy and practical learning context.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least five years of experience in technical training, instructional design, courseware development, or a related field.
• Advanced Linux administration experience, including installation, package management, user and group administration, storage management, and performance tuning.
• Experience with Linux virtualization and container technologies, including KVM, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• In-depth knowledge of Linux clustering, networking, system architecture, performance optimization, HPC, AI, and cloud computing.
• U.S. citizenship and willingness to travel to customer sites are required.
