Senior Digital Product Owner (Supply Chain)

Location: Mossville, Illinois, or Irving, Texas; onsite five days a week. Occasional travel of up to 10% may be required. Relocation assistance is not available.

Salary: $112,710–$183,140 per year

What you will do

• Lead the development, quality, adoption, and continuous improvement of VISTA, a digital product for supply chain visibility and capacity planning.
• Define the product vision, roadmap, priorities, release strategy, requirements, and user stories.
• Partner with software engineers, data engineers, analytics professionals, and supply chain stakeholders to deliver new capabilities.
• Manage enhancement requests, maintenance releases, defect remediation, product performance, adoption metrics, and business outcomes.
• Translate material flow, transportation, inventory, supplier, and asset data into actionable analytical insights.
• Lead UAT planning and execution, release validation, product documentation, user guidance, and governance activities.

Requirements

• Strong experience with software product ownership, product management, business analysis, or a similar role.
• Knowledge of software development practices, change request management, product backlogs, problem management, and UAT.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable digital solutions and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience applying quantitative, analytical, statistical, modeling, or operational research techniques to complex business problems.
• Experience with large datasets and analytics technologies, including SQL, Python, Snowflake, data visualization, and data engineering concepts.
• Must work onsite five days per week in Mossville, IL, or Irving, TX; visa sponsorship, international assignments, and payroll transfers are not available.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a quantitative discipline such as statistics, mathematics, economics, data science, computer science, engineering, supply chain, or operations research.
• Experience with graph databases, supply chain analytics platforms, digital supply chain visibility tools, or advanced analytics technologies.
