Product Development Manager (Women's Wear Woven)

hirify.global is a Swedish fashion house creating ready-to-wear, magazines, furniture, books, and exhibitions through its own stores and wholesale partners.

What you will do

• Manage women's woven product development from concept through pre-production.
• Source and develop materials aligned with design and sustainability goals.
• Drive fit, quality, costing, margin performance, and seasonal development budgets.
• Allocate styles to suitable suppliers and build strong supplier relationships.
• Maintain bills of materials and product data in PLM systems.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver products on time and to target specifications.

Requirements

• Degree in Fashion, Textiles, or a related field.
• 5+ years of product development experience, preferably in luxury or high-end fashion.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Strong costing, negotiation, commercial awareness, communication, and stakeholder relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, organised, collaborative, solution-oriented, and detail-focused approach.

Nice to have

• Experience working with PLM systems.
