Business Analyst (Product Operations Specialist) (3 Month Contract)

Location: New York or remote within the US, with 2 days per week in the New York office

Salary: $125,000–$150,000 per annum for the full-time equivalent role in New York

What you will do

• Own and operate the internal customer request intake and triage process for AI customer projects.
• Map the requirements, systems, and process flows of multiple customer projects.
• Create visual documentation, including systems maps, journey maps, service blueprints, and actor maps.
• Identify common patterns across pilot projects and recommend reusable templates or automation.
• Build automations, connectors, and lightweight tools to reduce recurring manual work.
• Translate complex project details for client-facing, Product, Engineering, and Services teams.

Requirements

• Experience as a Business Analyst, Product Operations Manager, Delivery Manager, or in a similar role.
• Experience supporting multiple concurrent projects or customer accounts.
• Strong ability to visualize complex information and document systems and processes clearly.
• Comfort working through detailed requirements with multiple stakeholders and customers.
• Experience designing or improving an intake or triage process, preferably for product teams.
• Practical experience with automations and connectors.
