Project Perseus | Data Labeling Associate - Tamil Speakers (Human-in-the-Loop AI)

Location: 100% onsite in New York City, Seattle, Bellevue, Redmond, San Francisco, Sunnyvale, Burlingame, Austin, Los Angeles, Washington, D.C., Chicago, or Boston; remote work is not available.

What you will do

• Evaluate AI model outputs and provide structured, high-quality feedback.
• Audit data and model behavior to identify patterns, edge cases, and failure modes.
• Apply and improve evaluation guidelines for real-world scenarios.
• Identify model performance trends and communicate insights clearly.
• Participate in calibrations, team discussions, and stakeholder syncs.
• Document findings and partner with leads and cross-functional teams to refine quality standards.

Requirements

• Native-level Tamil proficiency required.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher required.
• University degree at Bachelor's level or higher.
• 1–2 years of professional writing experience with strong structured writing skills.
• 2+ years of relevant experience with safety considerations in GenAI data delivery.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience in data quality, quality assurance, annotation, or analysis.
