CNC Lenton 1st Shift (Manufacturing)

Location: Solon, Ohio, United States; onsite, first shift

What you will do

• Set up and operate CNC, ACME, and Tool & Die equipment according to blueprints, layouts, templates, and work instructions.
• Plan operation sequences based on material and product requirements.
• Operate multiple machines simultaneously and move materials as required.
• Inspect materials and work in process using micrometers, calipers, scales, and fixed gauges.
• Complete quality checks and production documentation, report equipment or material issues, and maintain an orderly work area.
• Follow safety procedures, install safety devices, and support production requirements that may require additional hours.

Requirements

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes.
• Experience following work instructions or reading blueprints.
• Experience using hand and power tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multitasking environment and meet operational deadlines.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours, lift 35 pounds, and occasionally push or pull 75 pounds or more.
• Good vision and hearing, with the ability to respond to machinery sounds, alarms, and instructions.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in a light industrial facility.
