CNC Machine Operator (Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite in Franklin, New Hampshire, United States; 2nd shift from 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., with overtime based on business needs.

What you will do

• Operate CNC lathes, milling machines, and auxiliary equipment.
• Monitor multiple machines to maintain consistency and accuracy.
• Perform machining tasks according to supervisor instructions.
• Check and document product specifications defined by Quality Assurance and the supervisor.
• Collaborate with other machine operators and Quality Assurance personnel.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience using calipers, micrometers, thread gauges, plug gauges, and other measuring tools.
• Experience reading blueprints and applying basic mathematics.
• Understanding of applicable laws, regulations, safety practices, and manufacturing procedures.
• Must establish employment eligibility, pass background checks, and complete a pre-employment drug test.
• Must be able to work onsite in Franklin, New Hampshire, stand for long periods, move around the manufacturing floor, and lift or push/pull up to 50 pounds.

Nice to have

• More than two years of hands-on experience operating CNC lathes or milling machines in a production environment.
• Experience replacing and troubleshooting worn tooling.
• Familiarity with Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
