CNC Operator Milling, 1st Shift

What you will do

• Operate assigned CNC milling machines to produce parts that meet mechanical engineering drawing specifications.
• Measure, inspect, and load or unload parts from CNC machines.
• Perform basic machine changeovers and apply dimensional offsets as instructed.
• Complete quality control documentation and inspection sheets accurately.
• Inspect products using drawings, travelers, work instructions, and process specifications.
• Follow good manufacturing practices, standard operating procedures, safety regulations, and company compliance policies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong manual dexterity, mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to visually inspect small parts using a microscope.
• Ability to work independently with little or no supervision while managing multiple tasks.
• Good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work effectively with machine operators and management.
• Ability to sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, regularly lift or move up to 20 pounds, and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds.

Nice to have

• Intermediate knowledge of geometric and trigonometric formulas.
