Reporting & Analytics Intern (Year-Round)

What you will do

• Create and maintain automated financial reporting dashboards and datasets.
• Prepare management reporting packages with clear, actionable financial insights.
• Conduct ad hoc financial analyses and build scenario analyses to support leadership decisions and business planning.
• Research industry trends and relevant market insights.
• Improve financial reporting accuracy and consistency.
• Document data sources and reporting processes while identifying opportunities to automate manual finance processes.

Requirements

• Enrollment in a four-year Accounting, Finance, or related degree program with at least sophomore standing.
• Cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.

Nice to have

• Accounting or Finance major with multiple related courses completed.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Oracle experience.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and reliability.
