What you will do
- Lead and conduct financial and sales reporting and analysis for US Consolidated Operations.
- Compare plan, forecast, and actual results, including ROI, TCO, KPI, OKR, balanced scorecard, and variance analysis.
- Partner with Finance, Operations, Sales, and business stakeholders to turn data into actionable improvements.
- Build forecasts, support budgeting and planning, and establish recurring reporting, metrics, and projection routines.
- Analyze cost per unit, price/volume/mix, waste, leakage, and financial outcomes to support business decisions.
- Improve reporting, forecasting, cost optimization, and process efficiency through systematic and repeatable practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a similar discipline; equivalent education and experience may be considered.
- 5+ years of related experience in finance, accounting, operations, analytics, and reporting.
- Experience with US commercial finance, sales reporting, and financial planning processes.
- Proficiency with AI, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and advanced analytics tools.
- Knowledge of or ability to learn Oracle, Salesforce, Tableau, ERP systems, and related business tools.
- Strong project management, analytical, communication, interpersonal, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
