FP&A Intern

Location: Hybrid in Denver, Colorado; three days in the office each week on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Candidates must live in the United States.

Salary: $28.85 per hour; housing assistance is available for out-of-state students.

What you will do

• Deliver timely and accurate financial analysis to stakeholders.
• Identify and implement improvements to financial reporting processes.
• Investigate performance variances and present concise, data-driven findings.
• Perform ad hoc analysis supporting the financial and operational needs of the business.
• Uphold hirify.global’s values of integrity, boldness, ownership, teamwork, and transparency.

Requirements

• Be a junior pursuing a bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business analytics, statistics, or a related field.
• Demonstrate the ability to think creatively and implement ideas from start to finish.
• Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Have advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and conditional formatting.
• Have advanced presentation and Microsoft PowerPoint skills.
• Be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States and live in the United States.
