What you will do

• Establish and maintain budgetary control systems for the SGT-A35 new unit product portfolio.
• Prepare cost forecasts, trend reports, and variance analyses to monitor financial performance.
• Analyze cost deviations, underruns, and overruns, providing recommendations to project and product line management.
• Lead end-to-end strategic cost reduction projects with product, strategy, and cross-functional teams.
• Work with Supply Chain Management to mitigate procurement, logistics, and cost risks.
• Present cost analyses, project progress, and strategic recommendations to management and senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in project cost control, product management, supply chain, or related operations in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Experience managing projects or processes independently in a cross-functional setting.
• Experience with SAP, Power BI, budgeting, process improvement, or cost-benefit analysis is preferred.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
