Finance Operations Manager

Salary: $76,875–$102,500 annually

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end month-end close workflows, including operational reviews, journal entries, reclassifications, and write-offs.
• Review RMA/RTV aging, obsolete inventory reserves, warranty accruals, and failure-rate calculations.
• Oversee service revenue recognition, deferrals, COGS reclassifications, and platform-specific tracking across OPS2 and OPS3 models.
• Drive cost tracking, deferred sales, and settlement workflows for major enterprise technology projects.
• Coordinate deliverables with external auditors, consulting firms, enterprise technology customers, and internal stakeholders.
• Resolve workflow bottlenecks across RMA, RTV, customer operations, engineering, supply chain, and Finance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Operations, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 6+ years of progressive experience in financial operations, supply chain operations, or operational accounting.
• Direct experience leading and mentoring teams, including 0–3 years of talent leadership.
• Hands-on expertise in operational reviews, month-end close workflows, inventory reserves, and revenue deferral tracking.
• Experience working with external audit teams, consulting firms, and enterprise technology clients.
• Strong command of enterprise ERP systems such as SAP, plus stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.
