Associate Engineer (Thin Film)

What you will do

• Support production ramp through process qualification, productivity improvement, and equipment release.
• Create, analyze, and review technical charts and engineering data using SPC, DOE, split lots, JMP, Klarity, and related tools.
• Perform process matching between equipment to reduce variation and improve tool matching.
• Identify chronic process and equipment issues and establish improvement programs and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on yield improvement, excursions, and best practices across fabs.
• Drive continuous improvement plans to improve performance indices and optimize productivity while following EHS and security requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical or Electronic Engineering or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in a similar engineering role, preferably in manufacturing or semiconductor production.
• Proficiency with engineering tools and equipment, including PLC programming, electrical troubleshooting, and schematic interpretation.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
