Head of Finance | Beauty Brands

Location: UK, Manchester; on-site at the ICON office

What you will do

• Own the financial performance of the Beauty Brands portfolio, including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and working capital.
• Partner with brand leadership and commercial teams to drive growth, profitability, inventory efficiency, and cash generation.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, monthly reporting, and performance reviews.
• Analyse revenue, gross margin, pricing, volume, mix, channels, products, and operating costs.
• Build financial models and business cases for product launches, investments, market expansion, and strategic initiatives.
• Lead and develop the Brands Finance team while improving finance processes, systems, reporting, and data.

Requirements

• Qualified accountant with ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or an equivalent qualification.
• Significant experience in senior commercial finance or business partnering roles.
• Strong experience with P&L management, forecasting, financial modelling, and commercial analysis.
• Strong understanding of gross margin, inventory, working capital, and financial controls.
• Ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders, with excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience in beauty, FMCG, consumer, retail, or another branded environment is preferred.
