What you will do

• Lead the forecasting transformation programme from design through implementation.
• Develop and embed a future-state operating model covering people, processes, data, systems, governance, and controls.
• Establish one governed forecasting process with clear ownership, accountability, and decision rights.
• Create governance frameworks, performance metrics, and reporting structures to improve forecasting accuracy and transparency.
• Define business requirements, process designs, and technology needs with technology and analytics teams.
• Coordinate Commercial, Operations, Finance, HR, and Technology stakeholders, including executive workshops and governance forums.

Requirements

• Significant experience leading complex, enterprise-wide transformation programmes.
• Experience designing and implementing target operating models or large-scale process redesign initiatives.
• Experience in forecasting, demand planning, integrated business planning, operations planning, finance transformation, or a similar environment.
• Strong programme leadership skills, including roadmap development, dependency management, governance, and executive reporting.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical data, reporting, and technology solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing, analytical, governance, and controls capabilities.
