Enterprise Network Engineer

What you will do

• Provide 2nd/3rd line network support and engineering in coordination with IT teams.
• Own and resolve all issues impacting network service and operations.
• Maintain network systems including monitoring, setup, and security device configuration.
• Collaborate with business and IT colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Implement KPI metrics and service level management for performance tracking.
• Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge and manage workload effectively.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in IT operations and network management.
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Experience with incident, problem, and change management.
• ITIL Foundation v3 certification or knowledge.
• Ability to manage major incidents and priority issues in IT infrastructure.
• Strong task ownership, analytical, and client management skills.

Nice to have

• Versa, Cisco, or Juniper associate level certification.
• Knowledge of Fortinet or Juniper SD-WAN.
• ITIL Intermediate certifications (e.g., Service Operations).
• Broad knowledge of enterprise network and application security risks.
