Senior Software Engineer, .NET (Healthcare)

Location: Hybrid in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States. U.S. citizenship is required, along with the ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust security clearance.

What you will do

• Translate team goals into technical plans and design and build full-stack features and services.
• Own services within the team’s domain, including prioritization, delivery, testing, and ongoing improvements.
• Contribute to architecture and design discussions and explain technical tradeoffs.
• Identify technical risks and blockers early and propose solutions.
• Collaborate with product, QA, and adjacent engineering teams to ship features.
• Mentor junior engineers through code reviews, pairing, and hands-on technical guidance.

Requirements

• Typically 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
• Strong object-oriented programming skills in C#, solid TypeScript, and hands-on experience with .NET Framework or .NET 5+.
• Experience with a modern frontend framework such as Angular, React, or Vue.
• Experience building backend APIs and services, working with ORMs and relational databases such as SQL Server.
• Experience writing unit, integration, and UI automation tests, plus using CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes. U.S. citizenship and eligibility to obtain and maintain Public Trust security clearance are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS or Azure cloud architectures.
• Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7 and FHIR.
• Experience building integrations with electronic health records.
